Arch took the time to explain the market, help us navigate the neighborhood, narrow down our options and most of all, submitted a well crafted offer that put the seller at ease and got us accepted from the 1st time.

Furthermore, the follow up afterwards was the most crucial, keeping great lines of communications open, negotiating a better deal and finalizing all details even down to the preparation of our move into the house. Cannot say enough good things about Arch, all around perfect and very smooth process and experience.
